Text Box: INDIGO, KHALIF and DAISY were our first three Miniature Horses. Our ranch name developed from their names. We live in southern Arizona in Pima County just south of Tucson, where we are surrounded by an Ocotillo forest. Our neighbors include coyotes, quail, deer, lizards, quail, snakes, quail, roadrunners, quail and even a few people.

KHADAText Box: The next horse we found was LYNX, a 15 year old palomino appaloosa mare. We are hoping that she and Indigo will succeed in bringing about our 5th horse!
Text Box: Other members of our furkids include Bergen and Bronwyn, our Norwegian Elkhounds; Copper, our Finnish Spitz and three cats: Callisto, Nutmeg and Willow. All of these kids are rescues, either through breeders or the Humane Society. We happen to know the dog’s registered names but these are their call names — what they answer to when we call them! (Most of the time anyway.)

Text Box: Madison was our first dog, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge in March of 2005. He was quite a character and is the reason we keep adopting more Elkhounds.
We sure miss you, Maddog.
Text Box: Savannah left us for the Rainbow Bridge in July of 2006. She was our sweetheart of a girl and left us way too soon.
We miss you too, Savannah.
Text Box: Update: They did it! Check out the page on SNICKERS.
